Finnish Enterprise Agencies (Suomen Uusyrityskeskukset ry) and its actual members, i.e. business advisory organizations engaged in new business center activities, are ISO 9001-standardized.
The quality policy of enterprice agencies includes the development and production of high-quality services in accordance with customer needs.
Quality management is part of operational planning and good operational quality. With the help of quality system measures, the aim is to bring out and make visible the effectiveness of operations.
Finnish Enterprise Agencies (Suomen Uusyrityskeskukset ry) and each local enterprice agency and their executive management are committed to the standard and concept manual, to meeting and developing their requirements, and to continuous improvement of operations and processes.
